Return and Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products imported directly from Palestine, all sales are generally final.

Standard Returns

If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective in craftsmanship
• Significantly different from the product description

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at palestinianglow@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

For defective or damaged items, we will provide free return shipping and no restocking fee applies. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.
